With this course, we want to provide ngöndro practitioners of all traditions with a supportive environment to find new inspiration and delve deeper into their practice. Everyone brings their own practice text (contact us if you do not have any text yet). There will be teachings as well as times of group and individual practice. This retreat is led by Do Tulku Rinpoche with the support of Arne Schelling who is authorized as a Ngöndro teacher by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. He is also available to answer questions from Ngöndro Gar practitioners.
